We offer express delivery on all orders over $90 (excluding heavy items) for $14.95. Express shipping on orders under $90 is a flat rate of $19.95.
We offer free standard delivery for orders (excluding heavy items) over $50 in Australia. For orders under $50, the shipping charge is a flat rate of $8.95.
Standard shipping on orders of heavy items is a flat rate of $17.95.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email to notify you that it’s on its way. It will include your unique eParcel tracking number.
You will be able to check on the status of your delivery via our tracking service and be able to contact us on 1300 600 177 to advise of a problem.
Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order. Anyone who is present at the time of delivery can accept your parcel. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave written instructions on how you can collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
Some items may take longer to deliver – because they are deemed to be Dangerous to ship by Air
But don’t worry we will ship them by standard delivery
What are Dangerous goods?
Any item that can cause problems during transportation, in that they are potentially explosive, flammable or corrosive, cannot be shipped by Air for obvious reasons. We cannot use Express Delivery for parcels that are classed as Dangerous Goods as they may be air transported, however we can and will get them to you as soon as possible by Regular Delivery.
Any orders submitted after 12pm on Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will only be processed on the next working day, typically on Monday morning.
Delivery times are generally slower on popular promotions and around seasonal events and public holidays such as Easter and Christmas. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods.
Some items are considered to be dangerous goods (DGs) because they can cause problems during transportation, i.e. explosive, flammable or corrosive items. Safety regulations prohibit these items from being shipped by air and as such we do not offer Express Delivery for parcels containing DGs — they will be delivered by Regular Delivery.
Our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed and are based on normal business days, which only includes Monday-Friday and excludes public holidays.
