They are filled with small glass beads which creates a smooth texture, and the box-quilted design keeps the beads evenly distributed giving you that perfect all-over pressure.

Weighted Blankets are designed to be 10% of body weight so select the appropriate blanket for you:
- 25kg-49kg then select the 5kg blanket
- 50kg-94kg select a 7kg blanket
- 95kg+ select a 9.0kg blanket
