Hydralyte is an oral rehydration solution which is scientifically formulated to help replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers.
1 litre bottles can last up to 1 month after opening in the refrigerator.
Hydralyte ready to use electrolyte solution is suitable for the entire family.
Hydralyte may be taken on the first signs of fluid loss due to vomiting and diarrhoea and can be taken to help manage dehydration due to the loss of fluids through heavy sweating, this can be caused by a hot or dry environment, fever or strenuous exercise.
Signs of dehydration: Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, decreased or dark yellow urine, lethargy.

Warnings & Precautions
Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than:
- 6 hours in infants under 6 months.
- 12 hours in children under 3 years.
- 24hours in children aged 3-6 years.
- 48 hours for adults and children aged over 6 years.
Contains 86 mg of Potassium per 100 ml dose.
Contains 106 mg of sodium per 100 ml dose.
Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.2 g.
Contains sugars, sucralose.
