Slow delivery unfortunately
The product was ordered on 7/11, shipped 8/11 according to the email, however, it is now 20/11 and nothing has arrived. I am sure the product is great but the delivery has been challenging.
You’ve asked me to submit a review with a no reply email so no real option exists for feedback other than this which is sad. You’ve been let down by your delivery agent.

Hey Lyle, I'm really sorry to hear your parcel still hasn't arrived. Australia Post have been experiencing delays due to COVID issues, but it is disappointing that it still hasn't arrived. We have an automated email that sends after 10 days to ask you to review your products as even with the Australia Post delays, pretty much all parcels are being delivered before this.
I will follow up with you privately to try and resolve the situation.
